This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and MatchTune regarding the acquisition and use of MatchTune software ("Software"), whether obtained directly from MatchTune or through an authorized reseller or distributor ("Reseller").

By installing and/or using the MatchTune software, you agree to the terms of this EULA. This EULA also applies to free trials of the MatchTune software. If you do not have the authority to enter into this agreement or do not agree with its terms, do not install or use the Software.

Payment and Subscription

The Software may be available under various subscription models or for a one-time purchase, as specified at the time of acquisition.

Prices are subject to change at MatchTune's discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.

Payment must be made using our approved payment methods. Your access to the Software may be suspended or terminated for failed or late payments.

Refund Policy

Refunds for purchased Software are available only under the following conditions:

• The request for a refund is made within 14 days of purchase.

• The Software has not been used or activated.

​

No refunds are available for monthly or annual subscription fees.

​

License Grant

​

MatchTune grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on your devices according to this EULA. You must ensure your device meets the Software's minimum requirements.

Restrictions include:

​

• No modification, reverse engineering, or incorporation of the Software into other software.

• No reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the Software.

• No use of the Software in violation of laws or this EULA.

Intellectual Property

​

MatchTune retains ownership of the Software and all associated intellectual property rights. Licenses to use the Software may be granted to third parties at MatchTune's discretion.

Termination

​

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time; it will also terminate upon violation of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

Governing Law

​

This EULA and disputes arising from it are governed by U.S. law.

​

By accepting this EULA, you acknowledge the updated payment, refund policies, and other terms herein.
